Performance Media Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Performance Media Specialist to spearhead the strategy, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to build high-performing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily and make data-driven decisions to optimize for conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per lead (CPL).
  • Design and execute A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Generate in-depth campaign performance reports and insights using advanced analytics tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing digital ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rate (CTR), ROAS, cost per click (CPC), and CPL.
