We are seeking an expert in semiconductor device testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, verification, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test plans for advanced semiconductor devices, including ADC/DAC blocks/interfaces and functionality.
  • Design and develop test programs for SERDES (CPRI, PCIE) interfaces, including internal & external loopback and IO DC parametrics tests.
  • Implement ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation) for stuck-at, transition delay, cell-aware/small delay defect, memory built-in self-test (MBIST), BISR, and logic built-in self-test (LBIST).
  • Develop Boundary Scan (BSDL) tests, programming LTU chip, process monitors, high voltage stress testing, very low voltage (VLV) testing, IO parametric tests, IDD quiescent/gross, functional/dynamic, sleep, and top-level verification (TLV) functional patterns.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-15 years of experience in ASIC design, verification, and testing.
  • A strong background in digital design, verification, and testing.
  • Experience with Advantest V93000 platform and SmarTest 8.
  • Knowledge of ATPG, MBIST, BISR, LBIST, and Boundary Scan.
  • Programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, and Verilog.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with TSMC and other leading-edge processes.
  • Knowledge of high-speed digital design and testing.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl and Python.
