About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled AI Developer to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy ML models (regression, classification, clustering, deep learning) with scalability in mind.
  • Create and optimize data pipelines, feature engineering, and training workflows using efficient techniques.
  • Deploy models to production using containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
  • Monitor model performance, retrain, and maintain production-ready systems ensuring high uptime.
  • Develop APIs and integrate ML solutions with enterprise applications to drive seamless interactions.
  • Stay updated on ML/AI trends, contribute innovative solutions, and lead cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in AI development or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java/Scala/R is beneficial.
  • Expertise with ML libraries/frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras for building robust models.
  • Hands-on experience with data tools: Pandas, NumPy, Spark for efficient data processing.
  • Familiarity with ML deployment platforms: SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI, TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe.
  • Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
