Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Steward Lead to fill a critical role in our organization.

  • This is a key leadership position that requires strategic thinking and the ability to drive data governance initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data stewardship strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data quality improvement opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional data stewards to ensure consistent application of data governance principles across the organization.
Data Governance, Quality & Metadata Management:
  • Define and maintain metadata standards to ensure consistency and accuracy of data elements.
  • Collaborate with data architects and engineers to design and implement data governance frameworks.
  • Embed data governance principles into business processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
Enablement of AI/Analytics:
  • Analyze and document data requirements for marketing innovation projects.
  • Work with analytics teams to develop and publish KPI metrics on adoption.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to improve data quality and enable AI-driven decision making.
Cross-functional & Regional Collaboration:
  • Foster collaboration between business and technology stakeholders to drive data governance initiatives forward.
  • Communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data governance and stewardship.
  • Adapt data stewardship processes to evolving business needs.
People Management:

Guide and manage a team of regional data stewards to ensure effective data governance practices.
