Job Title: Lead Order Management Specialist

This is a high-profile role that requires exceptional order management skills and expertise in Infor CloudSuite ERP.

  1. Perform order entry, sourcing, validation, and tracking to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
  2. Manually enter and process Shopify orders within the Web UI system.

Additionally, this role involves:

  • Maintaining accurate order records, updating system entries, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize errors in the order management workflow.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven experience in order management and processing within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite (Web UI - SX live) ERP.
  • Experience in Shopify order processing and entry.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Order processing, supply chain management, and inventory management.
  • Warehouse logistics and coordination.
