About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to implement, customize, and support IBM Sterling Order Management (OMS) solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with IBM Sterling OMS and strong knowledge of custom database extensions, user exits, agents, and building Web Services. They should also be proficient in programming languages such as Java or C++ for system customizations and integrations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and customizing IBM Sterling OMS and Java-based solutions for clients, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system configurations and customizations.
  • Configuring and customizing IBM Sterling OMS and Java-based custom applications software to meet specific client needs, including menu layouts, pricing, promotions, and integrations with other systems.
  • Conducting system testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of IBM Sterling OMS solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IBM Sterling OMS software, providing timely and effective support to clients.

Mandatory skills include:

  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management (Sterling 9.1).
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in custom database extensions, user exits, agents, and building Web Services.
