Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization as a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions across various platforms. You will troubleshoot agent-related issues, configure DLP policies and rules, and ensure seamless integration with existing security tools and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deploying DLP solutions on servers, endpoints, and cloud services;
  • Troubleshooting agent-related issues in collaboration with the IT Team;
  • Configuring DLP policies and rules for network and endpoint DLP to identify and protect sensitive data;
  • Ensuring the DLP solution is properly integrated with existing security tools and infrastructure;
  • Developing DLP policies based on organizational data protection requirements;
  • Classifying and categorizing data to apply appropriate DLP rules;
  • Regularly reviewing and updating DLP policies to address new threats and business needs;
  • Conducting periodic audits to ensure DLP policies are effectively enforced;
  • Ensuring DLP policies comply with relevant data protection regulations;
  • Generating reports for compliance audits, highlighting data protection measures and incidents;
  • Providing regular updates to senior management on the effectiveness of the DLP program;
  • Conducting training sessions for employees on data protection best practices and DLP policies;
  • Raising awareness about the importance of data security and how to handle sensitive information;
  • Collaborating with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align DLP policies with business objectives;
  • Working closely with data owners to understand data flows and protection requirements;
  • Liaising with vendors and service providers to optimize the performance of the DLP solution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields is required.
