Avionics Test Engineer Job

This role involves developing test stations for aircraft systems, including hardware and software components. The ideal candidate will have experience in embedded system development and be proficient in Linux scripting.

  • Developing LRU manual ATP stations, including hardware, software, fixtures, and cables development, release in PDM (Team Center), troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Reporting to the development team, provide schedules and support.
  • Supporting IFE contract manufacturers:
    • Deployment of newly developed ATP stations to external contract manufacturers.
    • ATE TopBench tester maintenance and HW troubleshooting.
    • Manual ATP test stations developed by IFE HW TE team - maintenance and HW/SW troubleshooting.
  • Calibrating and certifying test station equipment located in TIECC for development purposes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science or degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 4 years of experience in Embedded HW development ATP or similar.
  • Experience in avionics HW test, documentation, and working with development teams.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD and LabVIEW SW essential.
  • Experience of application SW program setup.
  • Experience using spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, power supplies, soldering station.
