Job Title: Junior Aerodynamics Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Aerodynamics Engineer.

  • Aerodynamic Design of Airframes, Wings, Control Surfaces, and Propeller/Rotor Systems
  • Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Simulations for Lift, Drag, Pressure Distribution, and Flow Visualization
  • Wind Tunnel Tests, Data Collection, and Correlation with Simulation Results
  • Aerodynamic-Structural-Propulsion Integration with Structures and Propulsion Teams
  • Stability & Control Characteristics Analysis for Various Flight Regimes
  • Performance Prediction (Stall Speed, Glide Ratio, Climb Rate, Endurance, etc.)
  • Aerodynamic Load Cases Generation for Structural Analysis Teams
  • Technical Documentation, Reports, and Presentations Preparation for Design Reviews
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or related field
  • Basic knowledge of aerodynamics, flight mechanics, and fluid dynamics
  • Exposure to CFD tools (ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, XFOIL, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CAD software such as CATIA, Fusion 360
  • Understanding of wind tunnel testing procedures and instrumentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred Skills:
  • Internship or academic project experience in UAV or aircraft design
  • Knowledge of propeller/rotor aerodynamics
  • Experience with MATLAB/Python for data processing and analysis
  • Familiarity with flight test data interpretation

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to follow engineering procedures and safety guidelines
