Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Authoring Specialist to join our team. As a Service Authoring Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and updating complex technical documents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the authoring of medium and complex Service Bulletins (SB) for Airframe & System, as well as strong knowledge in Simplified Technical English (STE).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze source files and create high-quality Service Bulletins (SB) for Airframe & System
  • Create and update SB drafts using Epic Editor tool
  • Proofread SB drafts to ensure quality
  • Provide technical support to the team
  • Conduct meetings to improve deliverables quality
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Must have experience in managing medium and complex authoring of Airbus SB
  • Capable of interpreting Airbus engineering drawings
  • Strong knowledge in STE
  • Strong collaboration skills
Tools and Software:
  • Knowledge of tools like SAP, Arbor text, SAMM DACAS, ARINA, AIRNAV, GILDA, TAKSY, eDRS, APS etc.
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of Airbus tools
