We are seeking an experienced hospitality expert to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects in the GCC region.

  • Project managers with a background in hospitality management can apply for this role.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and governance policies.
  2. Team Management: Supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
  3. Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
  4. Report Preparation: Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  5. Risk Management: Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  6. Business Development: Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions.
  7. Post-Project Review: Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting, ideally within the real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel to the GCC if required.
