Job Title: Digital Training Leader

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing digital global capability development initiatives. This involves overseeing the creation and delivery of high-quality training content that meets business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to align training programs with business goals.
  • Managing digital training platforms and ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Analyzing training data to identify areas for improvement and optimizing program effectiveness.
  • Creating engaging learning materials and experiences that meet diverse learner needs.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with data management principles and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, education, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in digital training, instructional design, or a related role is highly desirable.
  • Certification in relevant technical areas is a plus.
