Job Title: Clinical Training Specialist

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted programs to bridge these gaps.
  • Create and implement comprehensive training programs, including development of learning materials and onboarding processes for new annotators.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and regular evaluations of work produced by annotators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven clinical knowledge with 2+ years of experience in various clinical departments of a large hospital.
  • Familiarity with medical coding systems such as SNOMED, RxNorm, CPT, ICD-10, LOINC.
  • Experience in a training role with competencies in training needs assessment, program creation, and evaluation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to foster teamwork and high attention to detail.
