Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement technology solutions for customers using Workday products, outsourced solutions or proprietary tools/techniques.
  • Define customer needs, develop proposals to meet those needs, and oversee project solution implementation.
  • Work effectively in a Global delivery model, recruiting, developing, managing and retaining high-performing teams of consultants supporting Workday applications.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment, challenging and innovative, while maintaining on-boarding, performance management and career development processes.
  • Collaborate with the Resource Manager, Regional teams and Engagement Managers to effectively staff engagements and build skills among Workday consulting resources.
  • Drive team and individual success to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure consultants adhere to Workday's Implementation Methodology.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Workday product, methodology and customer requirements by providing consulting services at client sites and working closely with project teams.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the organization through leadership and participation in internal initiatives.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 10+ years of functional experience in financial software solutions or systems.
  • 10+ years of consulting experience in financial services.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams as a people manager and/or leading an implementation team working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar cloud-based applications.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or finance and Master's degree in FINS or Information Technology.
  • Strong consulting, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to contribute to multiple time zone projects and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong team player committed to high-quality delivery.
  • Structured, organized, disciplined, and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding networking, mentoring, and resourcefulness skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment dealing with multiple high-priority activities concurrently.
  • Phenomenal teammate able to collaborate and communicate successfully with all partners.
