A reputable and experienced business tax professional is sought to join our team. This highly skilled individual will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of various businesses, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
    • Develop and implement efficient processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and quality in service delivery.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements.
    • Prepare and sign tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
    • Conduct comprehensive tax research and analysis.
    • Provide tax planning advice to clients, identifying opportunities for tax optimization and cost-saving strategies.
    • Offer guidance on tax-efficient business structures, deductions, and credits.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
    • Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Enrolled Agent (EA).
    • Strong knowledge of business tax regulations, laws, and compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in tax planning and advisory services.
    • Experience with bookkeeping tasks and financial reporting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proven ability to develop and implement processes and SOPs.
    • Ability to effectively teach and mentor junior employees.
