Job Description

The role of Contract Negotiator is a critical position that involves negotiating contracts with customers, vendors, and alliance partners. This includes reviewing and negotiating IT contracts, as well as Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Rainmaker Agreements.

The successful candidate will have experience in contract negotiation, be able to identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks and exposures, and provide inputs/mark-up on contracts to negate these risks.

They will also work closely with internal and external clients to structure, prepare, negotiate, and finalize agreements, letters of intent, commercial proposals, etc.

Additionally, the Contract Negotiator will manage and give guidance to junior lawyers, participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and advisors during the contracting process, and review and negotiate customer agreements.

Experience in negotiating IT outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers is highly desirable.
