Job Overview

The Senior Contract Administrator role involves managing the contracting process for strategic, complex transactions.

This includes creating, validating and processing contract documentation using Oracle's standard document templates, a set of contract options and in accordance with Oracle's policies and business approvals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, validate and process contract documentation
  • Liaise with Deal Management teams, Finance, Legal and other groups to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk
  • Manage the contracting process end-to-end for strategic, complex transactions
  • Facilitate discussion amongst Sales and multiple functional stakeholders to reach agreement on contracting terms

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience drafting standard contractual documents & stakeholder management
  • Organized, detail oriented, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Email, MS Word and Excel
  • Able to work effectively under time critical deadlines
  • Demonstrates resilience in times of change and uncertainty
  • Excellent customer service skills

The Contracts Administrator job is comprised of either a Deal Specialist or a Deal Manager role. Both roles work in a multi-cultural environment covering multiple countries and/or lines of business.

The successful candidate will create, validate and process contract documentation in response to requests received from Sales.
