Job Title: Digital Manufacturing Expert

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Manufacturing Expert, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of manufacturing through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end diagnostics across plants and value streams, establishing baseline KPIs (OEE, FPY, throughput, cost/unit) and prioritizing value-enhancing initiatives.
  2. Design and deliver cost-out programs (Lean/TPM, yield & scrap reduction, energy/utilities optimization, maintenance strategy, network/footprint).
  3. Shape Industry 4.0 roadmaps (MES/SCADA/historian, IoT/edge, digital twins, APS, advanced quality analytics) and execute pilots-through-scale with measurable EBITDA impact.
  4. Develop business cases and benefit-tracking models; present to CXO/Board-level stakeholders and drive change on the shop floor through client capability building.
  5. Orchestrate multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, OT vendors), ensuring attention to data, cyber, and safety considerations.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience managing end-to-end client engagements and programs.
  • Prior experience in managing teams and leading consulting projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with expertise in analytical problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge and previous experience in manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations, or technology domains.
  • Ability to thrive in complex and fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives.
  • Must possess the ability to handle highly confidential information.
