Technical Lead for Analog IC Development

The selected candidate will assume the role of Technical Lead within our Power Business Unit, where they will be responsible for leading the design and development of power management ICs. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of ICs into larger systems.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned technical professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of our Power product portfolio.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of power management ICs, including voltage regulators, power converters, and other related components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of ICs into larger systems.
  • Develop and implement innovative designs to meet challenging specifications and achieve better system performance.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on analog circuit design and layout techniques.
  • Architect and develop the IC, breaking down System/Chip-top level requirements into block level specifications.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure desired performance and quality.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in Analog Circuit Design.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Strong understanding and design experience of complex analog designs with full ownership.
  • Chip design, verification, silicon validation, debugs, qual support, and taking ICs to production.
