Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

This role involves leveraging BI analytics platforms to inform decision making within an organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify data-driven problem statements and solutions utilizing BI analytics platforms, particularly Zoho.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to comprehend problem statements.
  • Analyze data from relevant sources, perform cleaning, and develop automated scripts for validation.
  • Evaluate data quality, suggest improvements, and contribute to enhancing data collection and validation at the point of capture.
  • Migrate data between systems and present insights as visualizations to drive informed decision making.
  • Design and maintain data repositories, ensuring dataset integrity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logical thinking, data analytics, quantitative analysis, and algorithm optimization.
  • Familiarity with databases, analytics (especially BI from Zoho), and programming languages like Python, R.
  • Knowledge of Zoho's BI Analytics Platform and Microsoft Excel is required; cloud knowledge would be advantageous.
