Unlocking Business Value through Data Analytics

A comprehensive IT support and managed services provider seeks an experienced Data Insights Specialist.

You will collaborate with our analytics division to generate actionable insights using the latest data techniques and deliver business value.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Apply expertise in building scalable data architectures, addressing complex business problems, and utilizing industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Utilize existing standards and frameworks to create architectural foundations for data applications that meet business needs.
  • Join a collaborative team providing data analytics, insights, and recommendations to drive operational excellence and growth.

Requirements:

Experience & Education:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in the IT services industry or managed services provider environment.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Extensive experience in data science and advanced analytics delivery teams.
  • Strong programming experience in SQL, Python, and other languages.
  • Experience working with large data sets and big data tools like GCP, AWS, MS Azure.
  • Solid knowledge in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization.
  • Classification, regression, clustering, and ensemble modeling skills.
  • Experience in at least one of these business domains: Supply Chain, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics.
  • Extensive experience in client engagement and business development.
  • Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment.

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of ITIL and IT service management frameworks.

Experience with service desk metrics and KPIs.

Knowledge of data center and network management analytics.

Familiarity with cybersecurity analytics and reporting.
