Job Overview:

The Sales and Product Subject Matter Expert serves as a strategic link between sales, product, and demo engineering teams. This role focuses on crafting realistic demo scenarios and defining measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed, tailored demo scripts and storyboards that align with workflows.
  • Curate and validate high-quality synthetic demo data.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure all demo scenarios accurately reflect product capabilities and value.
  • Establish clear talk tracks, metrics for success, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead client demos, gather feedback, and drive scenario updates accordingly.
  • Provide training and support for Sales and Product teams on demo delivery and scenario alignment.
  • Capture post-demo feedback and contribute to knowledge and template updates.

Qualifications:

  • At least 14 years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience in healthcare product management or consulting.
  • Deep understanding of claims adjudication, provider, or PBM processes.
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Bonus points for experience with SaaS or demo environments.
