As a Business Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the team with project management and administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the management and execution of various projects that require manager involvement.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, preferably with a quantitative undergraduate degree and an MBA from a reputable institution. Fintech or Financial Services experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

  • Support Functions: Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and day-to-day operations.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence.
