Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized IT professional to lead our projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and coordinate various IT initiatives, ensuring they are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures
  • Organize and attend stakeholder meetings
  • Document important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensure project deadlines are met
  • Determine project changes
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Undertake project tasks as required
  • Develop project strategies
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and documentation is maintained appropriately
  • Assess project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable
  • Manage stakeholder views towards the best solution
  • Chair and facilitate meetings, distributing minutes to all team members
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • IT project management with basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and security
  • Experience in handling IT security projects (3+ years)
