Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager Job Opportunity">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams in delivering projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Assist the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices
  • Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress
  • Monitor the team's progress and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards to track and visualize team performance, sprint progress, and project metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment
  • Fluent in English
