We are seeking an experienced Immigration Industry Leader to join our team. As a senior professional in the field, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of immigration experts and ensuring they consistently meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the immigration team to achieve branch and individual targets
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various visa categories, including Australia, Canada PR, Skilled Worker Visas, Study Visas, Visit and Tourist Visas, Permanent Residency, PR Visas
  • Stay updated with immigration policies and requirements of countries like Germany, UK, and other European countries
  • Conduct training sessions to improve team performance and knowledge
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor team performance, ensuring high standards of professionalism and productivity
  • Handle escalated client issues, ensuring a resolution-oriented approach
  • Generate and present regular performance and progress reports to management

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the immigration industry, with proven expertise in Australia and Canada PR
  • In-depth knowledge of visa categories and country-specific requirements, including Germany, UK, and other European nations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • High level of organizational skills with attention to detail
  • A self-driven, energetic, and enthusiastic individual with a results-oriented mindset
