We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to lead our team and drive growth.

  • Product Knowledge:
    • Deep understanding of the insurance market and product offerings
    • Proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing
    • Comprehensive knowledge of insurers, their strengths, and weaknesses
  • Research Oriented:
    • Skilled in data mining and identifying business opportunities
    • Conducts in-depth gap analysis for large proposals to meet client needs while maintaining company profitability
    • Prepares Quotes Comparison Reports with valuable insights for clients
  • Key Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    • Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies to secure competitive quotes
    • Regularly visits insurance companies to foster continuous engagement
  • Audit, MIS & Reporting:
    • Enters RFQs and proposal details into the database
    • Generates reports for analysis, including TAT adherence and Hit Ratio Analysis
    • Shares status updates with the Head - QMS
    • Provides information and documentation to auditors and resolves queries

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • CORPORATE RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT/BUSINESS SOLUTION PROVIDER from a service background
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures
  • Required domain knowledge
  • MBA from a reputable B-School
