Job Summary:

  • Develop and drive end-to-end quality assurance strategy, incorporating automation testing techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless integration and effective problem-solving.
  • Implement shift-left and shift-right testing best practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Improve continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines for rapid and reliable feedback, enabling swift iteration and refinement.
  • Coach teams on quality, testability, and resilience, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks.
  • Develop and execute test cases to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform testing strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in software testing; 3+ years in automation with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong experience in API testing, behavior-driven development/testing-driven development, and working with distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Git, Jira, and CI tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
