Motorcycle Business Development Manager

At Royal Enfield, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Company Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets in the Motorcycle Business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted volumes and market share in the Motorcycle Business.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure consistent sales performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Plan and execute sales promotional activities to capture optimum market shares and drive business growth.
- Ensure effective MIS reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners, including banks and financial institutions.
- Coordinate the supply of new and used vehicles and manage inventory levels.
- Develop and implement customer satisfaction and sales satisfaction strategies to drive business growth.
- Bachelor of Engineering / Technology (Mechanical) / Business or Masters of Business Administration in a relevant field (Sales/Marketing/Finance).
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role in sales or business development capacity.
