Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our risk management initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework that aligns with global standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain ERM frameworks based on COSO and ISO 31000 principles.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide critical risk insights.
  • Manage Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes including due diligence and monitoring.
  • Oversee outsourcing risk governance and ensure compliance.
  • Support risk reporting, dashboard development and internal/external audit functions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance or a related field.
  • Prior experience in risk management, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of ERM frameworks, COSO and ISO 31000.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification from the Institute of Risk Management.
