Job DescriptionOur Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep us moving. From infrastructure behind our app to features used by millions, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and focus on meaningful impact.
We're looking for a Business Risk Manager to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks. Someone with solid knowledge of technical risk who'll take our risk management to the next level.
Responsibilities- Analysing and understanding risk profile across Technology and Product teams
- Designing, implementing, and testing controls to reduce risk
- Performing risk and control assessments within product and technology teams
- Managing risks proactively to limit incidents and breaches
- Recording, handling, and reporting on risk incidents
- Delivering technology risk insights for executive committees
- Driving effective implementation and communication of operational risk management policies
- Reviewing and updating ICT-related documentation
5+ years of experience in similar role
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations, software, hardware, data flows, change control, etc.
Ability to adapt messages based on audience and expectations while interacting with stakeholders
Ability to define risk appetite, identify risk likelihood, and provide control testing support
Nice to HaveData and SQL skills
SOX controls exposure
