Job Title: Risk Management Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Executive to oversee our Enterprise Risk Management function.

  • About the Role:
  • To develop and implement an effective Enterprise Risk Management framework across the organization.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive internal control system to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business processes to identify control gaps and deficiencies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain Risk Registers (RCSA) to ensure accurate tracking of risks.
  • Assist Senior Management in identifying key risks and developing action plans to address any gaps in mitigating measures.
  • Present reports to senior management and the Board Committees to ensure informed decision-making.

Educational Qualifications

  • A graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management is required. Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or CBCP are preferred.

Experience

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a similar role is essential.

Skills Required

  • Familiarity with Exchange ecosystem operations is a must.

Key Competencies

  • Effective application of risk management principles.
  • Strong knowledge of risk identification, assessment, and management frameworks.
  • Ability to design and evaluate the effectiveness of controls within business processes.
  • Familiarity with risk and governance standards, such as COSO and Basel Corporate Governance Principles, is desired.
