We are seeking a Senior Trust Professional to manage a trust portfolio in line with international trust concepts, ensuring trusts and entities are compliant with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with appropriate legislation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Trusts and Corporate entities, producing all necessary legal documents required for managing day-to-day matters.
  • Conduct regular reviews of each entity in the portfolio through liaising effectively with clients, trustees, intermediaries, and legal counsel.
  • Ensure quality of client files and handle all legal, regulatory, and trust matters for the portfolio under management.
  • Provide pragmatic solutions and legal analysis for implementing trust and commercial structures.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand voice and face contact with clients and intermediaries.
  • Achieve financial chargeability targets, ensure effective monitoring of transactions, and handle pricing, invoicing, and payment issues.
  • Anticipate and manage the impact of emerging regulatory, taxation, or legal changes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and adhere to regular client contact/communication guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor Degree and other relevant professional Trust related qualifications.
  • STEP qualification in trust and tax would be highly advantageous.
  • At least 10 years of experience working with trust/estate law.
  • Strong commercial mindset, initiative, positive, proactive, dedicated, focused, and revenue-driven.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Client-facing skills with well-developed spoken and written communication skills.
