Job Title: Senior Associate Credit

We are seeking a candidate with 7-8 years of relevant credit experience to strengthen credit and deal execution capabilities.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to work closely with the US lending team, leveraging your analytical skills to draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit memos for transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting detailed financial and credit analysis reports to support underwriting decisions.
  • Preparing and reviewing loan term sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments and providing recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborating with the US lending team to achieve timely and efficient deal execution.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 3–7 years of experience in credit analysis or underwriting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.

Work Environment: Fully remote, based in India.
