Business Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Leader to spearhead the next phase of our Strategic Business Unit.

About the Role:

The Business Growth Leader will be responsible for leading our SBU through a period of aggressive revenue growth, ensuring overall business performance and financial ownership. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive financial and strategic roadmap to drive top-line growth and profitability within 3-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to secure enterprise-level partnerships and expand market share in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the SBU, ensuring budget discipline and margin optimization.
  • Build and optimize scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, providing transparent financial and strategic updates.
  • Strengthen competitive positioning by identifying new revenue streams and driving innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 15+ years of proven leadership with full P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven businesses.
  • Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a strong commercial mindset.
