Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial statement preparation, general accounting transactions, and audit assistance.

The selected individual will work closely with the Accounting Senior Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. They will also be responsible for preparing and recording detailed AP, AR, and other general accounting transactions.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure with changing deadlines and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and record detailed AP, AR, and other general accounting transactions.
  • Support the Accounting Senior Manager in producing accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Work directly with auditors to address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain Fixed Assets Module and ensure the accuracy of Fixed Assets additions and retirements.
  • Coordinate 1099 filings and government filings and business renewals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Knowledge of advanced accounting platforms such as NetSuite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with changing deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
  • Highly organized, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
