Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI engineer to fill a challenging role that involves designing and implementing scalable data intelligence platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and fine-tuning Generative AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, building data pipelines, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data intelligence platforms that integrate structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion Models) for tasks such as text generation, synthetic data creation, and content automation.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams to deploy AI solutions into production environments.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring systems.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance for business use cases.
  • Conduct experiments and A/B testing to evaluate model performance and business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
  • Expertise in AKS and cloud platforms.
  • Should be able to integrate the solution in current landscape.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and MLOps.
  • Experience with vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic search, or data fabric architectures.
  • Familiarity with AutoML, RLHF, or multi-modal AI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
