AI Engineer Opportunity

Our organization seeks a highly skilled AI Engineer to spearhead the development of next-generation Machine Learning platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative generative AI models using RAG, transformers, and other relevant techniques.
  • Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks and domains to enhance performance and accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough research on new techniques to improve generative AI model capabilities and performance.
  • Apply software engineering best practices and rigor to machine learning and generative AI pipelines.
  • Evaluate and analyze the performance of ML and generative AI models to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate in the development and deployment of proof-of-concept Generative AI systems to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in generative AI or related fields, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Experience in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring their performance.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in RAG and other techniques for building generative models.
  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, and Linux for server management.
  • Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, particularly AWS ML/GenAI services.
  • Exposure to ML/GenAI frameworks and tools, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Methodical and meticulous approach to work and planning, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
