Operations Excellence Specialist Role

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for an Operations Analyst in Support Operations, located in Dombivli.

About the Role:

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analytical support, communication with stakeholders, financial analysis, customer service support, and accounting operations.

  • Perform business process analysis to standardize, improve or automate existing workflows.
  • Deliver process documentation while collaborating across teams, geographies and tools.
  • Lead projects from end-to-end, ensuring timely goal achievement.
  • Develop deep cross-functional understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure best-fit solution development.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  • Document all work to a high professional standard.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • English fluency (at least Upper-Intermediate)
  • Effective communicator; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Basic understanding of business process modelling, workflow, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Experience in a business analysis or related role is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience using project management tools, such as Monday.com
  • Understanding of ecommerce systems and experience with online advertising would be a plus
