About the Role:

The ideal candidate will combine strategic messaging expertise with a strong grasp of socio-political nuances, understanding the complex landscape of Punjab and its cultural heritage. They must have a solid grasp of local idioms, regional dialects, and socio-political context to effectively convey messages.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative, large-scale campaign ideas that inspire and mobilize mass audiences by distilling complex political goals into simple, powerful narratives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create integrated, multi-channel campaigns that are aligned with campaign goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine messaging and incorporate on-ground political intelligence into communication planning, ensuring accuracy, clarity, tone, and adherence to brand and political guidelines.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, creative territories, and thematic pillars that resonate with diverse audiences and spark public engagement.
