As an Electrical Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless installations as per SOP and escalating deviations to management in a structured manner. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of house wiring, inverter wiring, and power supplies, as well as proficiency in documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring adherence to SOP during entire installation process at customer sites
  • Minimizing error rates and addressing process deviations related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products
  • Proper documentation of errors noticed, and presenting metrics
  • Structured escalation of identified issues and providing resolutions

Qualifications:

  • Educational background including a B.Tech or Diploma with a focus on electrical engineering
  • Ideal 0-2 years of expertise in the same or a relevant industry
  • Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculation, and AutoCAD
  • Sound knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
