QA Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving digital transformation and enhancing operational efficiency for our clients.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.

Your experience in functional testing with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials will also be valuable in this position.

In addition, you will analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes, drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation, and work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of automated testing into our CI/CD pipelines.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, including 3+ years as a Test Lead. You must also have mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, mobile, and APIs, as well as experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium.

A proven track record of designing test automation frameworks using various scriptless automation tools is essential, along with a strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
