Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Director of Infrastructure Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, supporting, and administering Active Directory, Windows Servers, and applications running on Wintel servers.

In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop standards and processes for technologies and ensure adherence to them.

An important aspect of this role is creating and managing documentation for technologies, ensuring it remains up-to-date.

The incumbent will also identify and implement ideal solutions for our company's needs in a constantly changing environment.

A key component of this position is leading, encouraging, and empowering subordinates and peer group members of the core IT services.

This role requires providing 4th line support for the Infrastructure team who escalate issues they cannot resolve.

Maintaining excellent communication skills is essential for success in this virtual team environment.

Frequent out-of-hours support calls may be necessary.
