Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps leader to spearhead our cloud infrastructure initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our DevOps vision, including roadmap development, technology evaluation, and budget management.

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in our cloud environment.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing DevOps team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Design and implement scalable and secure DevOps solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and tools.
  • Enforce coding standards and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment on DevOps initiatives.

Technical Expertise:

  • AWS: Strong experience in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security best practices. Automation of Day to Day requirements.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expertise in Terraform and Ansible.
  • Kubernetes & Containers: Hands-on experience with EKS, Docker, Helm, and container security.
  • DevSecOps: Strong technical leadership in DevOps tools and practices, including version control systems, build automation tools, and Security tools.
  • Observability: APM tools, Centralised Logging, and Metrics tools.
  • Networking: Strong Networking Concept with respect to Multi Account Architecture.
  • Linux & Windows Administration: Proficiency in managing Linux.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps engineering.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and features.
  • Expertise in IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containers.
  • Strong technical leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
