Senior Management Opportunity

As a key member of the finance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting corporate and service functions with financial insights and decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a finance partner to corporate leadership teams, providing expert guidance on financial matters.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and actuals reporting for assigned global functions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between local and central Finance teams in steering assigned global functions.
  • Provide advanced financial analysis, scenario modeling, and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy using SAP, BI tools, and modern data platforms.
  • Drive global finance transformation projects such as cost transparency frameworks, service allocation methodologies, and financial reporting standards modernization.

Profile Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in FP&A/Controlling roles within multinational organizations; exposure to global/corporate finance teams preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead complex financial processes across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Strong leadership presence, influencing skills, and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach.
  • Fluent in English (business/negotiation level); international experience advantageous.
