Global Finance Director

As a Senior Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting practices, including departments, preparing financial plans, reports, tax and audit functions.
You will supervise investments and fund-raising for the business, working closely with senior management on the company's financial strategy.
Additionally, you will interact with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders, coordinate with external auditors, and manage internal controls.
It is essential to implement operational best practices in the accounting department and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
- Oversee accounting departments and prepare budgets, financial reports, tax, and audit functions.

Requirements:
- CA qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a manager within an accounting department for global entities.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial regulations and legislation.
- Proficient in technology and telecoms industry, particularly in software sector.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong experience in investor relations.
- Proficient in handling global compliances (regulatory & secretarial).
