Lead Design Executive

We are seeking an experienced Lead Design Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design organization and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical knowledge on different programs and structures.
  • They should also have sound knowledge on fuselage, wing, empennage, control surfaces, etc.
  • Aircraft manufacturers' methods and applicable procedures will be familiar territory for the successful candidate.
  • Aerospace stress activities, ATA chapters, and technical measures at each stage with metrics will be areas of expertise.
  • Aerospace-related tools (softwares/PDMs, etc.) will be handled confidently by the lead designer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Clear understanding of design regulatory requirements for the aerospace domain.
  • Responsible for signatory delegation process as per A1020/M1020 requirements.
  • Accountable to review WPL recommendations/requests on DOA scope.
  • Ensure deliverables of signatories meet design requirements.
  • Independent technical reviews and ensure applicable compliances.
  • Identify and provide required trainings and close monitoring of effectiveness during mentoring phase.
  • Review monthly data of all nominees/signatories as per audit/compliances requirements through logbooks.
  • Coordinate with QA Department on process compliances/requirements.
  • Maintain list of nominees and signatories through CTPS record.
