Job Title: Loan Origination Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee a team of direct selling agents in the loan origination process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Motivate a Team: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, improve productivity, and enhance quality.
  • Oversee Loan Origination Process: Source clients, process loans, and manage documentation to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  • Train and Guide Team Members: Provide comprehensive training on loan products, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Monitor Performance and Feedback: Regularly assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Expand Market Presence: Identify opportunities to increase market share, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and clients to ensure seamless loan processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the loan DSA or financial services industry.
  • Loan Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of personal, business, home, and vehicle loan products.
  • Leadership and People Management Skills: Strong ability to motivate, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven and Adaptable: Ability to drive results, handle challenges, and adapt to changing market conditions.
