We seek a dedicated professional to join our lending team. As an extension of our client services division, you will ensure timely fulfillment of applicable service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to review and verify commercial loan documentation. This includes identifying key terms within loan agreements and ensuring that all relevant information is accurately recorded in the ACBS system.

  • This individual will also be responsible for analyzing complex loan structures and documentation (large, syndicated transactions). They must be able to interpret bank credit approval documents and related credit write-ups.

  • A key aspect of this role is to translate key terms from commercial loan documents into the ACBS system. This requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients on all servicing-related activities for the bank's direct/bilateral/syndicated loan portfolio is another critical responsibility of this role.

  • This individual must be able to monitor and perform ACBS system inputs for timely administration of rate options, borrowing base adjustments, reduction in revolver schedules, and facility utilization changes as directed by the agent bank (in syndicated loans).

  • Collaboration with agent banks to balance and resolve issues within the portfolio is also a key responsibility of this role.

  • Daily research and maintenance requests from lending officers and clients require analysis and system input from this individual.

  • Reviewing and balancing daily reconciliation reports for general ledger activity tied to loan servicing and examining daily exception reports to determine necessary monetary and system maintenance for resolution are additional responsibilities.

  • Conducting research and analyzing loan documentation as needed and responding to client inquiries regarding loan balances, rates, loan statements, advance and payment inquiries are also important aspects of this role.
