Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, and specifications for mechanical systems using computer-assisted engineering or design software.
  • Perform thorough calculations and prepare relevant technical specifications for the project as per customer requirements and existing conditions.
  • Review design concept, calculations, drawings to ensure accuracy of design intent, Code Compliance, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects as per schedule and requirements.
  • Create cost estimation and Bill of materials as per design concept.

Requirements:

  • 4+ Years of experience in HVAC design
  • Strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Experience working with Building Services
  • International project experience (US preferred)
  • Team handling experience

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and improving mechanical systems, equipment selections, specifications, and other related processes. They will also collaborate with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects as per schedule and requirements.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
